BatchDialer

Obtaining your API Key

To authenticate the BatchDialer connector you will need an API Key. To retrieve this:

1. Navigate to the BatchDialer settings section by clicking on the user icon at the top right of the screen

2. Click Integrations. You will see the Custom Integration. Click this option to view the API Key

Connector Setup

1. Locate the BatchDialer connector

   Cyclr Console > Connectors > Connector Library > BatchDialer

2. From the Edit Connector interface click "Setup" in the top right corner

3. Select the environment you will be working with (Production or Sandbox). Click "Next"

4. Enter your API Key and click "Next"

The connector is now authenticated and ready to use.
