You can find bob's documentation on how to configure API access here.
In bob you will need to set up:
Service user (Generate Service User ID and Token)
Permissions group to allow the functions and which personals data can be accessed
Add the service user to the permissions group
Once this has been completed in bob you can use the Service User ID and Token to authenticate your connector.
bob had provided Personal API Key authentication, but they have since removed that option.
