Retrieving API Key
Navigate to your Freshdesk Messaging inbox.
Navigate to Admin > API Tokens.
Either generate a new token and note down the API key, or copy an existing API key.
Setup your Freshdesk Messaging App within Cyclr:
Go to your Cyclr Console
Click the Connectors menu along the top
Choose Connector Library
Scroll down to Freshdesk Messaging
Click the Setup button
Enter the following values:
Region: The region your Freshdesk Messaging application is in.
API Key: The API key we copied above.
Note: To retrieve an App ID, navigate to Admin > Account Settings > Integration Settings.
Your Freshdesk Messaging Connector is now setup! You can test it by installing it in one of your Cyclr accounts and executing one of the methods to confirm it can return some data.
