Salesforce Pardot

To authenticate the Salesforce Pardot connector you will need the User Key, Email Address and Password for the Pardot user account you will be interfacing with.

User Keys are available in Pardot under {your email address} > Settings in the API User Key row. For assistance in acquiring your user key, contact your Pardot support representative.

Connector Setup

1. Locate the Salesforce Pardot connector

   Cyclr Console > Connectors > Connector Library > Salesforce Pardot

2. From the Edit Connector interface click 'Setup'

3. Enter your User Key, Email Address and Password. Click 'Next'

The connector is now authenticated and ready to use. An API Key will automatically be retrieved based on the authentication credentials you provided. If you receive any authentication related errors please check that the credentials you provided are correct.
