Introduction
This guide takes you through setting up SysAid for use with Cyclr, as well as installing the SysAid Connector.
Setup & Authentication
Overview
In order to authenticate a SysAid connector, the following credentials are required:
Account ID
User Name
Password
Account URL
Once your customer has created a SysAid account, they will receive these details from SysAid.
Cyclr Connector Installation
When installing the SysAid Connector, the following values are used:
