Obtaining an API Key
In order to obtain an API Key to authenticate a Verint Intelligent Interviewing Connector, your customer will need to:
Log in to Verint Intelligent Interviewing.
Go to “Manage” then “Admins”.
Select “Generate API Token”.
Optionally enter a Name, then select “Submit”.
The new key will then be shown, which can be used to authenticate in Cyclr.
