Partner Setup

Retrieving public and private key

• Login to your Follow Up Boss front-end.

• Go to Admin -> API screen, to obtain your unique API Key.

Cyclr Setup

Setup your Follow Up Boss App within Cyclr:

• Go to your Cyclr Console

• Click the Connectors menu along the top

• Choose Connector Library

• Scroll down to Follow Up Boss

• Click the Setup button

Enter the following values: (Use API Key as the username and leave the password blank (or you can put any value as password if your HTTP client requires it)).

Username: Enter API Key retrieved from Partner Setup. Password: Leave the password blank.

Your Follow Up Boss Connector is now setup! You can test it by installing it in one of your Cyclr accounts and executing one of the methods to confirm it can return some data.
